I am so delighted that for the first time in years, I understand my lower back pain and that Rupinder was able to help immediately. Rupinder talked me through each step and although it hurt, the relief was immediate and carried through so I slept for the first night in a week without pain.
I would highly recommend his professional approach and knowledge to anyone with a chronic back issue.
