I've been to a few osteopaths in the last couple of months that just took my money , this guy is phenomenal the best I've ever been to, I would highly recommend him to anyone he's an absolute legend

  Absolutely brilliant, after spending years with a tight heavy neck and shoulders I eventually went to have it sorted. Just after my first visit I felt a huge improvement and after the second time I just cannot believe the difference and why I haven’t done this before. Very professional, makes you feel at ease.   Rupinder is great, makes you feel at ease especially when its your first visit to an osteopath. He's a straight talker but makes your back feel straighter too. Felt a difference right after the first appointment as the tightness across my back was gone (my 'heavy head' felt lighter too!). Looking forward to my next session!

  I had such high expectations of my visit here based on the reviews but left feeling disappointed. Having suffered with a chronic back and hip issue for 4 years and having sustained another injury 3 months ago I was told that my ongoing pain was probably ‘psychological’ and that I needed to have ‘more confidence in my body’. I was told that there there was nothing really wrong and whilst this is in some way true I do have a biomechanical issue with some anterior pelvic tilt that we didn’t even get to in my diagnosis. After conveying that I sprained my sacrum 4 years ago I was that it wasn’t a sprain. Not sure how, based on my one sentence explanation, he would possibly know this!! He seemed quick to jump to a diagnosis and conclusions and just didn’t seem to understand my issue. The manipulations did release my neck a bit but I still have ongoing tension and muscle knots so not sure how effective the treatment was. I also think that the use of the massage device should have been explained first. I’m not afraid of manipulations or direct approach but just didn’t appreciate The tone which came across as a bit arrogant. There was no understanding or perhaps belief of the pain and restriction that I have had to deal with for 4 years. I obviously didn’t fit into a neat and certain diagnosis - so would not return. Probably good for most for certain types of conditions, but you can’t always rely on the reviews 100%.

  I was very skeptical about osteopaths, but now I'm the most grateful and happy person . It helped me tremendously with my back problems. Besides that I like him as a person, very kind and understandable .I can't wait to go back .I highly recommend.

  I visited Rupinder after having seen great review on Facebook and having a personal recommendation from my husband who had been previously. I had 'lockdown posture' and my neck was causing me pain 24/7. After the first visit, relief was immediate. After the second, all seems good. He says a third visit should see me back to normal. I highly recommend that you book an appointment, don't suffer in silence thinking it'll get better. (I put it off for a fortnight of unnecessary pain!)
